STR8FIRE's mission is to build a new class of tokenized entertainment assets. While STR8PAD empowers IP owners to tokenize and raise directly from the community, STR8FUND exists to take things further: providing capital, credibility, and strategic backing to help the most promising IPs scale.
STR8FUND bridges the gap between community-driven funding and institutional capital. It acts as the second phase of STR8FIRE's investment infrastructure: funding tokenized IPs that have already launched through STR8PAD, and accelerating their path to commercial success.
STR8FUND backs high-potential entertainment IPs that have:
Completed a successful Tokenized IP Offering (TIPO) on STR8PAD
Demonstrated early product-market fit, community traction, or media exposure
Strong potential for long-term monetization across multiple media formats (film, animation, games, toys, etc.)
Capable management teams with clear roadmaps and execution capacity
By investing in tokenized IPs early and supporting them through launch, distribution, and monetization, STR8FUND creates a strong alignment between capital, community, and content.
STR8FUND automatically reviews all projects launched on STR8PAD as part of a tiered evaluation funnel. IPs with strong performance, team execution, or market fit will be considered for further investment. STR8FUND's investment committee evaluates:
On-chain performance (e.g., oversubscription in TIPO rounds)
Off-chain IP quality (e.g., storytelling, visuals, audience readiness)
Strategic partnerships or distribution agreements
Legal clarity and rights ownership
Exclusive IPs may skip the STR8PAD step and receive direct investment from STR8FUND. In these cases, members—our highest tier of investors—will have privileged access to participate in early-stage allocations.
