# STR8PAD

## The Tokenization Engine for Entertainment IP

**STR8PAD** is the tokenization engine of the STR8FIRE ecosystem. It transforms blockbuster entertainment IPs into liquid, investable digital assets through [Tokenized IP Offerings (TIPOs)](/str8fire/ecosystem/str8pad/tokenized-ip-offering.md), opening access for global investors and fans. 

Together with [STR8FUND](/str8fire/ecosystem/str8fund.md), it powers the full pipeline from IP acquisition to liquid markets.

## How It Works
