Tokenized IP Offering

A Tokenized IP Offering (TIPO) is STR8FIRE’s fundraising mechanism that allows real entertainment IPs—such as films, games, comics, and more—to be tokenized into ERC20 tokens. These tokens represent fractional benefits in IP rights and can be purchased by investors directly via the STR8PAD platform.
TIPO is more than a sale—it’s the entry point to becoming a stakeholder in the future of entertainment IP.
These tokens are liquid by design, meaning they can be traded on supported secondary markets. This unlocks new flexibility for investors to enter and exit positions, unlike traditional entertainment deals which are typically long-term and illiquid.
Investing in a TIPO proceeds in six phases, each designed for transparency, fair access, and secure participation:
This is the Whitelist Phase. Users register interest in the TIPO, signaling intent to participate and securing tier-based eligibility. Staking $STRF during this phase determines Guaranteed Allocation.
Action: Sign a wallet transaction to join the whitelist
Note: Allocation is based on your Tier level (check )
If your tier increases during this period, your potential allocation can increase as well.
After successful completion of the TIPO, the IP owner will be notified of the successful raise and the process of Tokenising of the IP will start. This process can take up to a few weeks. Often, not all tokens are released immediately, and each TIPO will specify the initial release and vesting schedule, the gradual release of your investment over time. Vesting serves two key purposes: it incentivises investors to support the IP long-term success, and it helps avoid mass token sales.
Keep in Mind
TIPOs are only available to KYC-verified users.
Participation is driven by your Tier (via ).
Refund is only available during the Claimable phase and before you claim.
